What can we help you find?

Any registered farmer holding valid land records or a tenancy declaration for the current season can sell at our purchase centres. Registration can be completed online or in person at the nearest centre, and is free of cost.

Grain is assessed against the Fair Average Quality (FAQ) norms set for the season, covering moisture content, foreign matter, and grain damage. Moisture testing is done on-site at the time of delivery, and results are shared with the farmer immediately.

MSP is fixed by the government ahead of each season based on the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices' recommendations. We procure strictly at the notified MSP, with no deductions beyond statutory cess.

Payments are credited directly to the farmer's linked bank account, typically within 48 to 72 hours of a successful weighment and quality clearance at the purchase centre.

Raise a ticket through the Grievance & Support desk with your transaction receipt number. Payment discrepancies are typically resolved within 5 working days, and you'll receive an SMS update at each stage.

Facilities follow scheduled fumigation, humidity monitoring, and stack inspection protocols. Silo and covered-godown sites additionally use automated temperature sensors to flag early signs of spoilage.

Complaints can be logged via our 24×7 support desk by phone, email, or WhatsApp, or in writing at any regional office. Each complaint is assigned a tracking number and reviewed within 3 working days.

We operate a pan-India network of procurement centres, warehouses, and rake points, with active zonal offices across the major grain-producing states.

Open tenders and empanelment notices are published on our Tenders page as they become available. Applications are accepted only through the official portal listed on each notice.
